Vegetables serve as the shield of our body in order to fight and avoid infections. They serve as our friend in our dining table as we eat our meals for every three times a day, and its mission is to make our body strong and promote good life.
Unfortunately, other people find vegetables as an ordinary food only, usually taken for granted and most of the time especially kids use to avoid them instead, they use to substitute to those foods that looks yummier ant they think it is more nutritious because of their attractive colors and others. THIS SHOULD NOT BE.
The Month of July is said as the celebration of nutrition with the theme "Pagkain ng Gulay ugaliin araw-araw itong ihain". based on the theme, it is expected that people would realize that vegetable is important to our body that can make us strong and healthy. They contain plenty of nutrients not just one, two, a hundred but a million of nutrients. It is more nutritious than the other foods which is more expensive. Vegetables are cheaper and more affordable, So friends, what are we waiting for? Let's convince everybody o eat vegetables to become strong and healthy
